You will find our Taxi Guide staff at the taxi counter in the arrivals hall from 07:30 a.m to midnight, as well as outdoors wearing high visibility yellow jacket marked “Taxi Information / Taxi Guide”.
If you have complaints and compliments, it is the taxi companies that will handle your case, but we will be happy to assist you in forwarding the request. Remember to attach photo or copy of receipt with a brief description of your experience, as well as contact information. If you take a picture of the receipt with your mobile phone, be sure to get the number, time, date and price specification.
